DocuPump™ has been developed by EDC's software team over a 5 year period. The programming is complex — DocuPump™ allows complex products to be built, product within product, to an unlimited depth. A good example is a training pack which contains a binder, a textblock, binder inserts, a brochure etc., and might even include another training pack with all of its associated sub-products.

Set & Forget Stock Rules

Through the website a client administrator sets min and max stock rules for products. Individuals without any print knowledge can then place online orders for these products. When a minimum stock threshold is reached, print and build orders are triggered by the software and sent to the production department of the elected supplier. Through the web site, products can be designated min/max levels of 0/0, which means the product is print, or build on demand.

Simple Execution

DocuPump™ can be focused to fully control SCE for any Print and Fulfilment process, across global Customers, Suppliers and Sites. Execution is simple — all the customer needs to do is set their stock rules, and place web orders for shipment to the end user.
